Delivery Schedule
"LADE CUSTOM ORDER BEANIE" is a proud Japanese product handcrafted to your order. Each item will be
handcrafted and shipped in the first-come-first-served bases. Estimated delivery time is about 2 - 3 months.
Delivery time varies depending on the amount of back orders and your order timing.
Note for making Custom Orders
Please understand that the colour you see on our colour simulator is the colour image only. As the colour
appearance varies by setting on your monitor or your web browser, it is very difficult to have 100% colour
match of your computer screen image and the actual product. In fact, the colour of the actual product will
most likely be slightly different from what you saw on the colour simulator. For better or worse, please
take it as a fun and exciting part of making custom orders online. As our beanies are complete
craft-to-order custom products, therefore we will not take any return of the product nor issue refund of the
money. Please also understand that you will not be able to cancel or make changes to your order
specification, once your order is completed.
Delivery and Shipping
Delivery will be made using Japan Post EMS service to 120+ countries worldwide.
Shipping fee is included in the price you see in the simulator. "Total Price" is the amount to be charged,
including shipping fee.

Payment
All payments will be made through PayPal, accepting almost all major credit cards.
Price is shown in Japanese Yen (JPY). PayPal automatically calculates and displays the price in your own
currency. Please use the Currency Converter below, if you would like to know the rough estimate of the price
in your currency.

PayPal invoice will be sent to your email address. Please double check if you have entered correct email
address, and that email address is able to receive incoming email from PayPal.
Please complete your payment by following the instruction on PayPal Invoice. Payment must be made within 10
days of receiving the invoice. Please be reminded that all payments must be made in advance. Your order will
be placed when the PayPal payment is completed.
